If you sign up for The Visual Hitlist, I collect your name and email address. This is used to send you The Visual Hitlist and occasional emails from Ian Fleming Design about design, branding, ideas, services and other relevant content. You actively choose whether you'd like to receive these emails when you sign up. If you book a call through Calendly, you'll be asked to provide information needed to arrange the meeting, such as your name, email address and details you choose to provide about the project or reason for the call. This information is used to arrange and manage the meeting and to communicate with you about it. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, this information is processed because it's necessary to take steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract, or because I have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
If you contact me directly by email, I'll receive your email address along with your name and anything else you choose to include in your message. I'll use that information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, manage an ongoing or potential client relationship.
I use a small number of third-party services to run this website and communicate with people who get in touch.
